1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using REI Vault Pro ("the Platform"), operated by Home Loans Network / Deal Room TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
REI Vault Pro is a media, marketing, and educational platform providing real estate investment analysis tools, calculators, templates, CRM functionality, and educational content. The Platform is intended for informational and planning purposes only.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime payment. Free trials last 7 days. You may cancel at any time. Refund requests within 30 days of the first paid charge will be honored. No refunds on lifetime memberships after 30 days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) share your account credentials; (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content; (e) use the Platform to provide competing services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, calculators, templates, and materials on the Platform are the property of Home Loans Network / Deal Room TV. Templates downloaded for personal/business use are licensed for your use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
7. Disclaimer
REI Vault Pro provides tools and information for educational purposes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always consult licensed professionals before making financial decisions. Calculator results and AI analysis are estimates only.
8. Limitation of Liability
Home Loans Network / Deal Room TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
